Service Description
Select your wedding flowers with Kesha in a focused 30-minute consultation. We'll go over your vision, color palette, and floral preferences to create the perfect arrangement for your big day. A ANG 50 booking fee applies and is fully deducted from your final service total. Available in person (Curaçao) or via Zoom for clients outside the island.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our venue. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled event. 2. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel outside the specified timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applicable. Cancelation after 72 hours prior event are Non-Refundable. Cancellations made inside of this timeframe will not incur a fee. 3. Refund Policy: The cancellation fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the deposit or pre-payment made at the time of booking. Any remaining balance after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded to you using the same method of payment. 4. Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your event. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. No rescheduling fee will be charged. 5. Force Majeure: In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) force us to cancel your event, we will provide a full refund, or change of date including your deposit or pre-payment. 6. Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or other documented means. Please contact our team promptly to initiate the process.
