Cancellation Policy

KC Floral Escape Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our venue. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled event. 2. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within the specified timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50 USD will be applicable. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will not incur a fee. 3. Refund Policy: The cancellation fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the deposit or pre-payment made at the time of booking. Any remaining balance after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded to you using the same method of payment. 4. Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your event. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. No rescheduling fee will be charged. 5. Force Majeure: In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) force us to cancel your event, we will provide a full refund, including your deposit or pre-payment. 6.
