            Cancellation Policy:

1. Customers can cancel their order and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours/days before the scheduled delivery date.

2. Cancellations made within 36 hours/days of the delivery date may be subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

3. No Refund After Delivery:Once the flowers have been successfully delivered or picked up, no refunds will be issued.

4. If there are any issues with the delivered flowers (e.g., quality concerns, damaged items), customers must contact us within 2 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will review the complaint and, if valid, may offer a replacement or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy:In the event that the exact flowers specified in an order cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability), we reserve the right to replace them with a flower of equal or greater value in the same price category.

6. We will make every effort to inform the customer of the substitution in advance.
